Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manages and takes ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively comprise a program.
• Develops a budget and operating plan for the program.
• Develops an evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Manages technical issues, risks and priorities.
• Performs risk assessment and implement risk mitigation plans at the program level.
• Ensures program goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, timeliness and quality of deliverables.
• Communicates with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions
