Job Title : Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Manages and takes ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively comprise a program.
- Develops a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Develops an evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Manages technical issues, risks and priorities.
- Performs risk assessment and implement risk mitigation plans at the program level.
- Ensures program goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, timeliness and quality of deliverables.
- Communicates with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions
