Summary
Our client is seeking a software developer with expertise in Java-based enterprise applications and Cloud technologies. This role requires extensive experience with Java frameworks, database technologies, and modern containerized deployment environments using AWS and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based enterprise applications using Spring and JEE frameworks.
- Design and implement REST APIs and database integration using JDBC/JPA.
- Build responsive Web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Java Servlets, and JSP.
- Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using Kubernetes and AWS.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Java development with Spring and JEE frameworks.
- Proficiency with JDBC/JPA, SQL, Oracle, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with REST API development and Web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSP).
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and container technologies.
- Experience with application servers (JBoss or Tomcat preferred).
This is a 12-Month Contract opportunity with our Kansas City, MO client.
