Location: Fully Remote (Vienna, VA)
Duration: Initial 6 months with extensions
Work Requirements: , Holders or or Authorized to work in US
* Support the team rules of Scrum, eliminate impediments and lead the team in efforts for improvement
* Helps the team embrace agile and SAFe core values, adopt and apply those principles, implement practices, assist the team with the adoption of practices
* Facilitate the team s progress toward team goals; utilizing the current Program Increment (PI) Objectives as Iteration Goals
* Collaborate with Product Owner, customers and developers to identify and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of business/systems requirements and processes
* Support the team s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other delivery teams
* Represent the team in the Scrum of Scrums (SoS)
* Monitor and report on team/program effectiveness
* Skilled in the use of agile/development tracking tools like Azure Dev Ops or Jira
