Managing complex IT infrastructures, focusing on Active Directory, access management, Veritas backup solutions, network configurations, and security firewall support.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Active Directory and access management protocols to ensure secure and efficient user access across the organization.
Administer and optimize Veritas backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Configure and maintain network systems to support organizational operations, including hardware and software management.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures, including managing firewall configurations and responding to security incidents.
Lead IT projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation to enhance system capabilities and improve security.
Provide expert guidance and leadership to junior IT staff, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.

Required Skills

Extensive experience with Active Directory and access management systems.
Proficient in managing Veritas backup solutions and understanding of data recovery processes.
Strong knowledge of network configurations, including routers, switches, and related network hardware.
Expertise in configuring and maintaining security firewalls and implementing network security measures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

Certifications in network security, such as CISSP or CISM.
Experience with cloud technologies and services.

Education and Certifications
