Job Responsibilities
Lead and execute SAP CRM implementation and testing projects.
Configure, customize, and integrate SAP CRM modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP CRM architecture and end-to-end processes.
Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and document results using ALM.
Manage defect tracking, reporting, and system integration testing.
Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and testing teams for successful delivery.
