Primary Responsibilities

Advanced Troubleshooting:

  • Diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems with software, hardware, and network systems

System Analysis:

  • Analyze system configurations to identify root causes of technical issues and suggest effective solutions

Escalation Support:

  • Handle complex or escalated technical issues that junior support staff cannot resolve

Documentation & Knowledge Base:

  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation to help users and other support staff

Mentorship:

  • Guide and mentor junior technical support staff

Proactive Support:

  • Implement proactive measures to prevent future technical problems

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional, and effective technical assistance

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, networking, and hardware
  • 2+ years of experience in analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to 'think outside the box' and diagnose issues under pressure
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in stakeholder communication to discuss complex technical information to both technical and non-technical users

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Audio visual background

Soft Skills:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple support tickets and tasks efficiently

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
