Join a premier team dedicated to deploying mission-critical in-building wireless and emergency communications infrastructure in high-stakes environments. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Field Site Lead to spearhead the daily execution of installation projects across the Southeast region. This senior field leadership position is responsible for overseeing the installation and testing of Public Safety DAS (ERCES), LTE, and Wi-Fi systems.


The Site Lead acts as the technical expert, quality controller, and on-site representative-ensuring all installations adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and strict code compliance (NFPA, IFC, AHJ). You will mentor internal teams and manage subcontractor performance through all phases, taking pride in delivering essential communications systems for projects like schools, hospitals, and public infrastructure.

responsibilities:

  • Lead daily on-site installation activities for DAS, ERCES, LTE, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Supervise and collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to complete cable pulls,
  • terminations, grounding, antenna mounting, and rack construction.
  • Validate installations against engineered drawings, risers, and applicable codes.
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free job site.
  • Support testing and commissioning using tools such as PCTEL SeeHawk, iBwave Prism, Anritsu, and Fluke.
  • Coordinate site readiness and system turn-up with Project Managers and Commissioning Engineers.
  • Train and mentor junior installers and subcontractors on best practices and code adherence.
  • Maintain accurate daily field reports, redlines, worksite photos, and closeout documentation.
  • Represent company professionally in interactions with clients, AHJs, and contractors.
  • Report material shortages, scheduling issues, or safety concerns to management and company.



qualifications:

-Minimum 3 years of hands-on field experience in the installation of DAS, public safety BDA (ERCES/ERRCS), LTE, or complex low-voltage systems.


-Must be open to overnight travel up to 90% of weeknights per week is typical and mandatory, depending on project scope.
