Job Title: SAP Project Manager (Spanish Speaking)
Location: Ann Arbor, MI (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term 12 Months (Extendable)
Work Mode: 100% Onsite
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager who is fluent in Spanish for a long-term onsite engagement in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The candidate will manage SAP project delivery, coordinate with cross-functional and Spanish-speaking stakeholder teams, and ensure successful execution of SAP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP project management activities
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams
- Coordinate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders and offshore teams
- Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation, and reporting standards
- Conduct status meetings, executive updates, and milestone reviews
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or migration projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years as an SAP Project Manager
- Strong hands-on experience managing SAP projects (ECC / S/4HANA preferred)
- Fluent Spanish (mandatory) verbal and written
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in onsite client environments
- PMP / SAP certification is a plus
