Merchandising Operations Specialist
Description:
- Review assigned SKUs for accuracy and completeness
- View SKUs on the e-commerce site to assess current product display
- Identify product images in Bynder that are currently used or needed for each SKU
- Tag images in Bynder with appropriate metadata to classify image type
- Republish updated images to ensure correct visuals appear on the site
- Ensure consistent visual representation and branding across all product SKUs
- Collaborate with merchandising, creative, and digital asset teams to resolve image discrepancies
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in image metadata tagging
- Support efforts to optimize and enhance product content for better site experience
Qualifications:
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance or similar
- 0-3 years of experience in a business systems or merchandising analytics capacity as a subject-matter expert
- Background in creating, managing to and improving metrics (KPI) using quantitative analysis
- Advanced experience with Microsoft suite products
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms and an ability to effectively communicate with technical teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a driving passion to change, challenge, and improve processes
- Prior experience in Software Quality Processes and Atlassian Tools such as (Confluence, JIRA, etc.) preferred
