B2B Process Transformation with Dynamics AI
Overview
This role is responsible for engaging with client stakeholders and program subject matter experts (SMEs) to document current ("as-is") business processes and tool functionality. The consultant will work closely with functional leads to design future ("to-be") processes, leveraging Dynamics AI and user stories tailored for a B2B environment spanning Enterprise accounts to Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs). The role includes coaching functional leads on how to apply Co-Pilot and Co-Pilot Studio to deploy AI to improve sales process and productivity. Also Identifying where Co-Pilot and Co-Pilot Studio cannot solve the to-be vision for a process and a more custom Agent is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with client stakeholders and program SMEs to capture and analyze existing processes and tool capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to document as-is sales, sales operations, and related business functions.
- Support functional leads in designing to-be processes, applying Dynamics AI to optimize business workflows and outcomes.
- Create detailed user stories reflecting business requirements across the full B2B spectrum, from Enterprise to SMB accounts.
- Coach and mentor functional leads on effective process design and the application of AI and automation within Dynamics and draft user stories
- For the AI use cases, help identify and document changes impacting upstream and downstream applications, ensuring alignment and integration.
- Determine and document opportunities for AI and Automation to enhance and support future business functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven working knowledge of Dynamics CRM with experience in process mapping and business analysis.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, able to compare and understand nuances between platforms.
- Experience implementing and optimizing Co-Pilot and Co-Pilot Studio within Dynamics CRM.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement in a B2B context.
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate.
- Exposure to AI platforms including AI Foundry Azure and AI Agents, with an ability to identify and apply AI solutions to business problems.
- Ability to design workshops, facilitate collaboration, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate process changes, technical requirements, and functional specifications.
