About this Position:
Job Title: SharePoint Architect - Part Time
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital forms (ticketing system) for internal users to submit Procurement requests (e.g., PA Forms, Solicitations).
  • Synchronize three existing SharePoint Online sites:
  • Engagements Database
  • 100k/400k Tracker
  • ConTracker
  • Ensure data entered through digital forms updates the respective SharePoint sites automatically.
  • Integrate workflow logic to enable:
  • Approval routing.
  • Automated data transfers between connected systems.
  • Status tracking and notifications.

Deliverables include:

  • Documented process for implementation.
  • Execution and deployment of top priorities with staff.
  • Environmental assessment report.
  • Recommendation report for improvements.
  • Completion within the estimated timeline.

Optional/Secondary Tasks:

  • Develop automated KPI and project status reports with comparison metrics.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
  • Integrate with Microsoft Teams and Adobe tools.
  • Enable advanced filtering, search, and quick access to data.
  • Trigger alerts for missing or incomplete documentation.
  • Incorporate the CEO Signature Authority Tracker into workflows.
  • Improve Excel export/reporting capabilities from SharePoint.
  • Visual status tracking and real-time change notifications.

Technical Environment:

  • Microsoft SharePoint Online (Government Version).
  • Tools: Power Automate, Nintex, Adobe, Microsoft Teams.
  • Integration with Microsoft 365 and SQL Server.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital process development, preferably in an airport or government setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of SharePoint development experience.
  • Current/active Microsoft SharePoint Online Certification.
