Location: Charlotte, NC
Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week
Pay range: 55-70/HR

- JIRA expert, Gantt chart progress
- Experience working in weakly matrixed organizations: startups, small shops, mid-market companies.
- Extremely organized, self-starter, with responsive communication
- Able to write project plans from scratch
- Agile
- Fluent in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflow
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS ECS/EKS, MQ, RDS, Redshift) and software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.

Technology Project Manager - Backend Platform Systems
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technology Project Manager with deep expertise in JIRA to lead backend platform initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Work with teams to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve constraints, dependencies, and issues during software development.
- Develop and evangelize best practices and product development processes in coordination with Product and Technology leadership.
- Assist in developing infrastructure roadmaps based on product design and technical requirements.
- Coordinate implementation of roadmap from the early stage of development through launch.
- Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables, including specifications and test plans.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership review.
- Identify resources needed and work closely with team leads to maintain full visibility of multiple projects.
