About the job you re considering
The Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead provides end-to-end solutions that address clients business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to work with multicultural teams, including onshore/offshore members. Strong finance business process knowledge and hands-on Oracle Financials Cloud experience is required to provide business solutions reducing the use of PaaS solutions.
Your Role
Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud
Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues
Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management
Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specs
Be an active member within company s Oracle technology communities
Your Skills and Experience
- 5 years or more of Oracle implementation experience with Cloud Financial applications with strong knowledge in GL, AP, CM, Tax and SLA
- Experience with Oracle and non-Oracle integration points with Purchasing, Core HR, Fixed Assets and Projects
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Financial ERP solutions
- Demonstrates leading practices knowledge or expertise.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Oracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, Project Finance
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economy or Computer Science
- Minimum of 3 project full life cycles
- Oracle Cloud Certifications
- Willingness to travel weekly as needed
