Plano, TX or Columbus, OH - 3 days per week onsite

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET, SQL, and C# to join our team. This role is focused on building scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions to modernize and consolidate our portfolio of applications. You will contribute to designing and developing a custom internal storefront that empowers teams across the organization to request access and streamline workflows - no vendor solutions involved.

What You'll Do
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using .NET framework, SQL Server, and C#.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate and modernize 78+ existing applications into a unified platform.
  • Build a new internal storefront from the ground up to enable other teams to request and manage access efficiently.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Developer working in large, enterprise environments.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET framework, C#, and SQL Server development.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering best practices including design patterns, testing, and source control.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative teams.
  • Experience or focus on Identity Access Management (IAM) tools like SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, etc. is not required.
