Job: React Lead Developer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: Long Term Contract
Position Summary:
  • We are looking for a talented React Lead Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-quality front-end web applications.
  • The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience and deep knowledge of React.js and associated tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable front-end code in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
  • Build new features and enhance existing functionality using React and JSX
  • Implement application interface workflows following React best practices
  • Leverage tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux
  • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of web applications
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the React ecosystem
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in React.js development
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience with React-related tools like Webpack, Redux, Enzyme, Flux
  • Ability to write reusable, well-documented components
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus
