Description
We are on the hunt for a Marketing Performance Specialist to join our team based in Pearland, Texas. As a Marketing Performance Specialist, you will be instrumental in analyzing, optimizing, and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. The Marketing Performance Specialist role will rely heavily on data-driven decision-making, campaign strategy, and collaboration with marketing teams and business line leaders to deliver measurable results and continuously optimize performance and cost per conversion metrics.
Responsibilities:
Supports the ongoing execution analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.
This role requires a combination of data-driven decision-making campaign strategy and collaboration with marketing and business line teams and leaders to deliver measurable results.
Continue to optimize performance and cost per conversion metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing
Minimum of 5+ years in Marketing, BI, Analytics, Business or related fields
Experience with campaign management and proven track record providing insights
Familiarity with CRM Tools
Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar platform, campaign tracking implementation, and reporting dashboards
Hands-on experience with Excel for campaign and web data analysis
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
