Position Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow across the enterprise. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, robust ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency, enhance student and employee experiences, and align with institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Architect and deliver scalable solutions across core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and others.
-Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (e.g., LMS, SIS, HRIS, identity management platforms).
-Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, Student Services, and Compliance to gather requirements, assess current system utilization, and realign platform capabilities with strategic objectives.
-Develop and maintain architecture documentation including solution designs, integration diagrams, and technical roadmaps.
-Oversee platform upgrades, release planning, and change management processes.
-Define and enforce ServiceNow governance, security frameworks, and development best practices.
-Provide mentorship and technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
-Evaluate emerging ServiceNow features and technologies for strategic adoption and innovation.
Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 4+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer role.
-In-depth expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and custom application development.
-Strong knowledge of key modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Flow Designer.
-Proven experience designing and managing system integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
-Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and communicating complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications any one will do
-ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
-Certified Application Developer (CAD)
-Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent
