Position s Contributions to Work Group:
- Serve as a project coordinator working with technical leads on projects.
- Responsible for maintaining Microsoft Project Plans and/or Azure DevOps
- Coordinating meetings, driving action items, thinking analytically, provide decision support for project owners / product managers.
Typical task breakdown:
- Control Meetings, gathering tasks from team members, updating project plans, analyzing data from changes made to project plan (week over week variances, critical path analysis, etc.).
- Understand/implement scrum working with team members for continuous improvement, prioritizing work and understanding the customers backlog and needs.
- Be able to take complex information and break It down into smaller, understandable, actionable pieces of work.
Education & Experience Required:
- 4-year Bachelor s degree with 5-7 years of project related experience.
- Agile/scrum master experience
- Traditional waterfall project experience
Technical Skills:
- Must have recent Azure Dev Ops / Microsoft Project experience and will be asked to demonstrate.
- Good Writing Skills
- SAFe / Agile certifications are a plus.
- RTE / Scrum Master experience with cloud-based software deployments
- Direct experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
