Job Details

We are seeking a Salesforce Cloud Architect and Developer for a long-term project based in Lansing, MI. Local candidates only. This is a C2C opportunity, and candidates must have extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, particularly with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Foundation, and Flow Builder.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and architect Salesforce SaaS implementations for the client.

  • Conduct design sessions and workshops to define technical solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring across projects.

  • Ensure security compliance and technical quality across deployments.

  • Oversee integration, QA, release management, and CI/CD practices.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 7+ years in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, 2+ years in Public Sector Foundation

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, SOQL, and Omniscripts

  • Experience with Conga, OwnBackup, and Clariti Basic Gov

  • Strong integration knowledge (REST, APIs)

  • Background in CI/CD and release management

  • Proven success in Salesforce full lifecycle implementations

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in licensing/permitting Salesforce projects

  • Knowledge of workflow migration to Flow

  • AppExchange product integration experience
