Product Marketing Manager - Grocery & Retail Tech (11-Month Contract)
Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA
Contract Length: 11-month W2 contract | 40 hours/week
Compensation: $32-$38/hour (depending on experience)

We re partnering with a global leader in e-commerce and retail technology to find a talented Product Marketing Manager to join their fast-growing grocery division. This team is shaping the future of how customers shop for groceries both online and in-store, and they re looking for someone who can thrive in a high-volume, data-driven marketing environment.

If you excel in email and onsite marketing, data-backed decision-making, and owning campaigns from start to finish, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute owned-channel marketing campaigns (email, onsite, remarketing) to drive traffic to fresh grocery offerings.
  • Develop marketing strategies that balance competing priorities while maintaining cohesive brand messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance (impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, conversion) and share insights and best practices across teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to leverage data from content-ranking and recommendation engines, refining strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Provide strategic direction and creative feedback to design teams on campaign assets.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly on campaign and homepage performance metrics.
  • Manage 30+ campaigns per week, ensuring error-free execution and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional (non-internship) marketing experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation); familiarity with Tableau or QuickSight preferred.
  • Experience running customer segmentation and remarketing campaigns.
  • Proven success in scaling cross-functional marketing programs for consumer products or retail.
  • Strong attention to detail; experience serving as final QC for marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
