Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team for a 6–8-month engagement. This role will support the execution of our U.S. Benefits programs and play a key part in implementing our healthcare strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support across employee and retiree healthcare and benefit programs.
  • Assist with appeals handling, plan documentation, and ID card coordination.
  • Support logistics for Open Enrollment and health fairs.
  • Manage escalations, demographic files, and vendor communications across platforms.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and carrier reporting processes.
  • Maintain internal documentation and benefit knowledge resources.

Skills

  • Experience in U.S. employee benefits administration and coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with healthcare strategy and open enrollment processes.
  • Experience in vendor relationship management.
  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.
