Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team for a 6–8-month engagement. This role will support the execution of our U.S. Benefits programs and play a key part in implementing our healthcare strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support across employee and retiree healthcare and benefit programs.
- Assist with appeals handling, plan documentation, and ID card coordination.
- Support logistics for Open Enrollment and health fairs.
- Manage escalations, demographic files, and vendor communications across platforms.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and carrier reporting processes.
- Maintain internal documentation and benefit knowledge resources.
Skills
- Experience in U.S. employee benefits administration and coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with healthcare strategy and open enrollment processes.
- Experience in vendor relationship management.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.
