  • Configure and manage diverse network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, IDPS, VPN concentrators) ensuring all configurations meet CSfC and other security standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, including those related to encryption, routing, and access control within the CSfC architecture.
  • Implement and enforce stringent security policies, perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks within the CSfC environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, security procedures, and CSfC compliance, ensuring adherence to NSA, DoD, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to integrate security best practices.
  • Mentor junior network administrators on CSfC principles and secure network operations.
  • Develop and implement CSfC network disaster recovery and business continuity plans for rapid incident recovery and resilience.
  • Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure efficient and reliable data flow within the secure CSfC environment.
  • Provide on-call support for critical network issues, ensuring swift resolution during off-hours.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 10+ years of direct experience implementing and maintaining networks.
  • Cisco CCNA or equivalent industry-recognized networking certification.
  • Security+ CE or equivalent security certification.
  • Expertise in network security principles, protocols (IPSec, SSL/TLS, VPNs, ISAKMP, ESP), and best practices.
  • Proven expertise in routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, STP).
  • Expertise in network security policy implementation and security device configuration.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with HAIPE encryption devices.
  • Proficiency in administering and securing various operating systems and virtualized environments that support network services.
  • Strong understanding of Department of Defense and other government security regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered security issues.
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and autonomous work skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-driven, efficient, energetic, and highly motivated.
  • Ability to perform systems maintenance duties after-hours and on weekends as required.
  • Willingness to be on-call for troubleshooting and support.

Preferred Qualifications:
