Job Details

100% Onsite Day shift with some nights as needed. Flexible shift times to include possible afterhours and weekend support. Travel to and from remote clinics as needed.

Parking permit and mileage reimbursement to/from remote clinics provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Installing and removal of phones, headsets, telecom equipment, and fax machines. Provided phone and softphone training to end users. Resource will provide support before and after our dial plan migrations to 7 digit dialing.

User Training:
Train employees on how to use the new dial plan effectively.
Provide documentation and resources to help users understand the dialing rules and call handling features.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Resource level, skills and knowledge to perform more advanced work following SLA's
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a VoIP technician.
  • In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols
  • Knowledge of hardware endpoints
  • Network layer 1 and punch down terminations on 110 block/patch panels
  • Time management skills
  • Familiarity with remote support
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • May require repetitive bending, squatting, walking
