Job Details
100% Onsite Day shift with some nights as needed. Flexible shift times to include possible afterhours and weekend support. Travel to and from remote clinics as needed. |
Parking permit and mileage reimbursement to/from remote clinics provided.
Key Responsibilities: Installing and removal of phones, headsets, telecom equipment, and fax machines. Provided phone and softphone training to end users. Resource will provide support before and after our dial plan migrations to 7 digit dialing. User Training: Train employees on how to use the new dial plan effectively. Provide documentation and resources to help users understand the dialing rules and call handling features. Required Knowledge and Experience:
