Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle complex technical challenges, design and implement robust infrastructure solutions, and contribute to the optimization of systems and networks for our clients. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving advanced technical issues and critical incidents.
Diagnose and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory environments.
Configure, manage, and optimize virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.
Design and secure network infrastructure components, including routers, firewalls, and switches.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement measures to prevent recurring technical and security issues.
Manage backup solutions, disaster recovery systems, and security platforms in compliance with policies and service-level agreements.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.
Deliver infrastructure projects, including Office 365 and Google Workspace implementations and data migrations.
Plan and execute network setups and upgrades for new and existing clients.
Ensure accurate documentation and process adherence during project handoffs and updates.
Requirements
Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server.
Experience with Azure Active Directory and cloud-based technologies.
Knowledge of Citrix solutions and virtualization platforms.
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange systems.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Ability to design, implement, and maintain secure IT environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
Availability to participate in on-call support rotations.
