Job Details
Title: SAP Basis Administrator
Location: Preferred: Charlotte, St. Louis, Dallas, or Denver (Hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide SAP Basis administration and support for the SAP HANA environment.
- Perform system troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Support and manage SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) replication processes.
- Assist with a major SAP upgrade planned for this year (details to be provided).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Respond to and resolve tickets related to system errors, transport issues, and table/function failures.
- Participate in occasional after-hours support for critical issues or upgrades.
Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of SAP Basis administration experience (flexible for strong candidates with less experience but deep expertise).
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and Linux-based SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SLT and its role in data replication and integration.
- Familiarity with Convergent Mediation (preferred; typically known by those with SLT experience).
- Experience supporting SAP upgrades and patching.
- Experience with SAP Charm (Change Request Management).
- Understanding of SAP security and user administration.
- Prior experience in media, advertising, or billing systems.
