Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Database Architect with expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale database systems and deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
The best candidate will be proficient in architecting secure, scalable, and high-performance database solutions, particularly in cloud environments.

Required experience & education:
- Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- 10+ years of experience in database development, architecture, and optimization.
- 1+ year of experience working with Azure stack (SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance, Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Azure DevOps)
- Proven track record of designing and implementing databases for high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Must know data lakes and data lakehouse
- Eager and able to learn different database technologies
- Experience with cloud migration strategies and cloud database architectures.
- Expertise in SQL (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and the tuning/optimization for performant designs within an OLAP and OLTP constructs
