ServiceNow (IRM) Developer
Overview
This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality. The ServiceNow Developer Contractor will collaborate with the project team to customize applications, troubleshoot issues, and integrate ServiceNow with other systems, ensuring seamless operation and technical excellence.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to facilitate seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Utilize ServiceNow scripting, REST APIs, and other integration tools to extend platform capabilities.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solution developer
- Must have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Must have a completed Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow development and customization.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Working knowledge of scripting within ServiceNow, including JavaScript.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Desired Skills
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of other enterprise platforms or cloud services.
- Prior onsite work experience in similar roles.
