We are seeking a talented and collaborative UX Designer II to help shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for complex internal Azure infrastructure tools. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior designers, engineers, and product managers to make an impact on technical systems that power the cloud.

? Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Conduct and apply findings from usability testing and research to improve experiences
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders across engineering, product, and design
• Iterate designs based on data, technical constraints, and cross-team feedback
• Align designs with brand guidelines and contribute to design systems
• Help communicate design rationale to non-design audiences

• 2-4 years of experience in UX design for technical or enterprise-grade products
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Portfolio that demonstrates data-heavy, user-centered design work
• Familiarity with internal tools and experience designing for complex workflows
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit

? Preferred Skills

• Experience designing in agile environments
• Prior exposure to cloud infrastructure or Azure platform tools
• Understanding of accessibility standards
• Ability to independently validate designs through research or testing
