We are seeking an inspirational manager with high emotional intelligence who can build and develop recruiting teams through management, coaching, and mentoring; engage and motivate others; encourage team members to take on new challenges and exceed expectations. You will manage a team of full-cycle recruiters dedicated to hiring top technical talent for Milestone Technologies in support of its clients.
You will be integral in evolving the talent acquisition team by refining our sourcing methodology and strategy, driving efficiency, improving productivity, implementing innovative sourcing methodology, utilizing data-driven metrics, reporting, and insights, streamlining end-to-end recruiting processes to support growth and scalability, and implementing recruiting best practices. You will also help ensure our team delivers an exceptional experience for our candidates, stakeholders, and colleagues. This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Strategy.
This role is 100% remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S. Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of senior recruiters, providing support and direction to fill requisitions promptly while ensuring process adherence, compliance, and recruiter efficiency and scalability.
- Deliver experiential excellence to candidates, business leaders, and stakeholders.
- Execute talent acquisition strategies to achieve organizational and company goals and objectives.
- Cultivating meaningful relationships as a trusted advisor and business partner to internal and external clients.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify job boards, posting sites, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and other relevant associations to maximize sourcing channels and garner greater talent brand equity.
- Leverage social networking and other cutting-edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network.
- Develop and maintain reports in support of TAs management system, resource planning, and metrics.
- Ad hoc projects related to talent acquisition initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of total relevant experience, with agency experience required
- 4+ years of experience managing a team of high-performing recruiters
- International recruiting experience in EMEA required
- Strong recruiting and business acumen to develop and manage metrics and KPIs
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook)
- Proficiency with various applicant tracking systems
- An innovative problem solver who can think outside the box
- Demonstrated success in coaching, developing, and mentoring others
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitive data
- Ability to deliver results while navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving goals
- A critical eye toward detail
