Mandatory Skills:

  1. 8+ years of experience working on Kubernetes
  2. 8+ years of experience working on OpenShift
  3. 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps practices, infrastructure, scripting/programming
  4. 8+ years of experience in Linux shell scripting
  5. 5+ years as in expert in application containerization management
  6. 5+ years of experience with following skill sets

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Designing and Implementing ADO Wiki, Work Item structures, Pipelines, ADO GIT repos/branches/Pull Requests, and related Standards and Processes.
  2. Hands on experience in automating CI / CD needs on RedHat OpenShift / OCP, Linux, Windows, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
  3. Experience creating ADO Build and Deploy Pipelines to build Apps and container images and deploy using standard ADO tasks and for old and new Java and .Net Apps and integrating with Apache Tomcat, JBoss, SQL Server, Windows, Linux, Oracle, etc.
  4. Experience producing Documents for Process and Automation.
  5. Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift V4.
  6. Troubleshoot the application issues in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environment.
  7. Experience in creating Build, Deployment, and other CRD config files for applications on OpenShift.
  8. Hands-on experience in creating Docker and S2I images, Stateful sets and converting existing docker image to an S2I image and vice versa.
  9. Working knowledge on OpenShift/Kubernetes and Container Orchestration, Custom Helm charts
  10. Knowledge on maintaining docker Image Repository like Quay
  11. Experience and ability to creating docker files, images, and containers.
  12. Work collaboratively with teams to ensure our products are successfully deployed, upgraded, and maintained.
  13. Deep knowledge and experience with Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) version 8.X and higher.
  14. Elastic stack administration, performance and capacity management including Index curation/retentionmanagement.
  15. Logstash and pipeline configuration and grok experience.
  16. Working knowledge of Elastic Beats Filebeat, Heartbeat.
  17. Working Experience with SonarQube/Coverity/Black Duck and integrating into ADO Pipelines and Pull Request flows
  18. Experience with Linux Scripting, .ksh , bash and Python.
  19. Experience in understanding and debugging Java errors.
  20. Strong Knowledge of SSL, TCP/IP Networking, LDAP.
  21. Excellent communication and teamwork skills works well with diverse teams and independently
  22. Self-starter with excellent organization, planning, detail-oriented documentation, and time
  23. management skills
  24. Clear and precise verbal and written communication skills. Easy to understand.
