1. Explain what the scope of the work/project is?

  • Installation of Services
  • Install, configure, and activate telecommunications equipment for customers.
  • Run, test, and terminate cabling (fiber, copper, or coaxial) as necessary to connect to the network.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting
  • Respond to service calls to diagnose and repair issues.
  • Conduct tests using specialized equipment.
  • Repair or replace faulty cables, jacks, and other network components.
  • Document all fieldwork, including repairs and parts used, in company systems for workflow tracking
    and compliance.
  • Customer Service and Support
  • Communicate clearly with customers about service issues, solutions, and estimated completion times.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers during installations or repairs.

  • Work in varied environments, including indoors at Customer or client owned facilities.

5. Based on the job description what does a typical day look like?

  • Days Varies from Installation of Network equipment, Cross Connects, Testing Services, to
    completing Trouble/LOR Dispatches, and PMI Maintenance to support for our Network.

6. What is the ramp up time/process for this role?

  • Good month of solid learning
