Job Title: Financial Planning (F&A) Associate Manager
Location: Orlando, Florida (Onsite)
Duration / Term: Long-Term Contract
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and outcome-driven Financial Planning (F&A) Associate Manager to lead finance and accounting service delivery for a Global Fortune 100 client. This role involves managing end-to-end F&A operations across multiple towers including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (RTR), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate taxation, financial reporting, and stakeholder management, with experience in industries such as entertainment, tourism, hospitality, or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finance transactions and accounting across AP, AR, GL, and FP&A functions
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC standards
- Conduct trend analysis, identify risks/opportunities, and deliver actionable insights
- Build strong relationships with Finance Controllers and Business Leads
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and ensure delivery meets contractual commitments
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Drive process alignment, technology adoption, and continuous improvement
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline finance operations
- Motivate and develop a team of high-performing finance professionals
- Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and foster a collaborative team culture
- Support change management and help clients transition to redesigned operating models
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA (Finance)
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial management
- Professional certifications preferred: EA (Enrolled Agent-IRS), CPA, ACCA
- Strong working knowledge of corporate taxation and financial software systems
- Proven leadership in managing F&A teams and delivering business outcomes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Experience in BPO environments and relevant industries preferred
