Job Details

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a high-impact initiative focused on VDI Access across two enterprise environments. You will own the end-to-end program lifecycle-from inception to steady-state-coordinating across technical teams, help desk operations, and external partners.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream IT programs specifically in End User Computing (VDI, device management, end points, etc)
Proven track record in delivering Digital Support Technology implementations.
Deep expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and portfolio-level planning.
Strong technical proficiency with VDI and end-user computing
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills; adept at navigating competing priorities and constraints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
15+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 7 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
