Our client, a large federal contractor, is seeking two (2) Cyber Security Engineer I.

to augment their current team.

Our client helps ensure the security of the United States and its allies by: supporting the stewardship of the nation’s nuclear deterrent; providing nuclear and radiological emergency response capabilities and training; contributing to key nonproliferation and arms control initiatives; executing national-level experiments in support of the National Laboratories; working with national security customers and other federal agencies on important national security activities; and providing long-term environmental stewardship of the Cold War legacy.

The IT environment is complex and geographically dispersed across the nation and provides daily challenges for the professionals that support it.

The first individual is required to have experience with GRC tools. Archer GRC preferred

The second individual is required to have experience with SteelCloud or DISA STIG implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in network intrusion analysis is highly desired.
• Advanced experience with security monitoring & analysis of large, distributed, & complex network & information systems
• Ability to identify suspicious & malicious activity in a heterogeneous network environment & respond appropriately
• Evaluate the functionality and effectiveness of deployed system and work with the team to propose revisions which address identifies gaps and inefficiencies.
