Title: Conversational Architects (Manager & Sr Manager level)
Locations: Multiple Location (Chicago, Dallas, New York, New Jersey, Nashville or Atlanta) - HYBRID (4days/Week - work from office) - FULL TIME

We are looking for Conversational Architects (Manager & Sr Manager level) in multiple locations. We are open to consider candidates willing to work hybrid from either of the locations - Chicago, Dallas, New York, New Jersey, Nashville or Atlanta.
Your role
- Total 10+ year of experience, 3+ years of experience designing and architecting conversational interfaces or virtual agents, preferably in the telecom domain.
- Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and testing.
- Proficiency in Python for developing webhook services and automation scripts
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform architecture and services relevant to CCAS.
- Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend integration patterns.
- Familiarity with telecom systems such as CRM, billing platforms, and IVR.
- Hands on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Contact Center AI specialization).
- Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist.
- Knowledge of telecom-specific challenges such as call routing, number portability, and service provisioning.
- Experience with analytics tools for conversational performance tracking.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking.
