Job Details

Role: EPIC Ops Support Engineer
Location: Louisville, KY (Permanent remote work accepted from anywhere in US; however we'd prefer EST and CST based resources)
Duration: 07+ months

Responsibilities:
  • ClientCarry out day-to-day EPIC operations, provide triaging and incident resolution. Will interface with Epic & Rackspace technical support services.
  • ClientManage Member Eligibility Loads intClientEpic. Maintenance of Claims and Provider data loads.
  • ClientAnalyze and resolve provider onboarding issues
  • ClientWork on EPIC interfaces and data exchange issues which includes both API and SFTP data exchange
  • ClientMaintain and load de-identified test membership data intClientHEPPI in accordance with Humana enterprise standards.
Required Skills:
  • ClientMinimum 5 years of EPIC operations support experience
  • ClientEpic Bridges
  • ClientEpic Chronicles
  • ClientEpic Workbench Reporting
  • ClientExcellent Communication Skills - working with both business partners and provider community
  • ClientStrong Analytical skills
  • ClientSQL skills
