Position Summary:
Your work touches everything from shipboard systems and global datacenters to the infrastructure that powers every guest interaction and employee system across continents. As a Network Engineer supporting a global cruise and hospitality brand, you'll help shape the connectivity behind the scenes of unforgettable vacations. You ll troubleshoot issues before they become problems, partner with vendors and cross-functional teams, and roll up your sleeves to build better ways to connect systems, services, and people. You ll help architect and deploy reliable, secure, and scalable networks that stretch from shoreside offices and international piers to onboard data centers at sea. Expect variety. Expect ownership. Experience and Education:
- 4+ years of enterprise network engineering experience in multi-site or global environments.
- Hands-on work with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and VoIP systems.
- Recent experience supporting LAN/WAN environments including hardware procurement, config, and rollout.
- Prior work with BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VLANs, and network segmentation.
- Comfortable leading project deployments, including vendor coordination and documentation.
- Experience supporting both on-premises and hybrid/cloud environments.
- Mid-level networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) preferred.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and deploy network solutions to support global office, shipboard, and datacenter operations.
- Configure and manage core networking hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- Assess business needs and recommend appropriate LAN/WAN solutions and infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain uptime by proactively monitoring network health and resolving issues before they impact operations.
- Collaborate with vendors to schedule maintenance and validate deliverables.
- Participate in and occasionally lead the implementation of infrastructure upgrades and networking projects.
- Support shipboard and shoreside projects including charters, inaugurals, and pier deployments.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and inventory systems.
- Evaluate and implement compliance strategies, backup systems, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable connectivity for critical business systems.
- Contribute to on-call support rotation for incident response and escalation.
- Support EU office telecommunications and endpoint provisioning tasks as needed.
- Help define network architecture standards and advocate for continuous improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex issues using packet analysis and trace diagnostics tools.
