Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in EDIFECS and a solid background in healthcare payer systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in requirements gathering, functional design, and integration support for healthcare-related solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
At least 4 years of experience working with healthcare payer systems, particularly in Claims, Benefits, and Care Management.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with EDIFECS tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong planning and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience working in a management consulting environment, with the ability to handle travel if needed.
Exposure to global delivery models and remote collaboration.
Ability to write functional and design documents and present them effectively to stakeholders.
Capable of estimating end-to-end delivery efforts for integration projects.
