RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst II who will be supporting a large-scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiative using UiPath. The goal is to help various business units identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and hand off robust documentation to development teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Build stakeholder relationships and become an SME in their processes
* Identify IPA opportunities and create Process Design Documents (PDDs).
* Manage projects from discovery to operational handoff
* Develop automation dashboards and integrate metrics into business unit reports
* Promote IPA to new business units
* Execute general RPA/IPA Business Analyst duties

Day to day:
* Conduct end-to-end process evaluations: Observe and understand existing workflows within business teams
* Produce process documentation: Translate business process details into clear Process Design Documents (PDDs) and other required documentation for RPA development
* Engage with stakeholders: Act as a liaison between business units (including senior leadership) and the RPA development group to gather, clarify, and refine requirements
* RPA Adoption & Education: Champion the capabilities of RPA to various groups, show them -what's possible,- and help them understand the potential impact and value of automation solutions
* Collaborate on solution design: Work closely with developers and solution architects, evaluating options to find the most valuable and feasible automation paths
* Manage multiple projects concurrently: Typically oversee three to five RPA projects at a time, ensuring timely completion and delivering value quickly

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong Business Analysis & Communication:
This position goes beyond simple requirements gathering. The team wants someone who can lead and guide discussions with executives or VPs, dig deep to find the best solution, and ask probing questions that uncover root issues.

UiPath RPA Knowledge:
Familiarity with UiPath (including built-in tools like Task Capture, process mining/capture tools, etc.) is important so you can hit the ground running when talking with stakeholders about potential automations.

Critical Thinking & Inventiveness:
You'll need to go beyond the -obvious automation. Sometimes copying and pasting is easily automated, but the right solution might involve a different technology or approach. They want someone who looks for the best results, not just a quick fix.

Relationship Management:
Each BA on the team often -owns- one or more business units. As a dedicated point of contact, you'll build rapport with your assigned business groups, consistently check in, and identify new opportunities for automation.

Positive, Proactive Mindset:
They're looking for someone who takes initiative, reliably follows up, and is always willing to learn or help. The team is close-knit and appreciates a sense of collaboration, humor, and going the extra mile.

Typical Day/Task Breakdown:
* Stakeholder meetings for discovery/PDD creation: 40%
* Daily standups: 10%
* Handoff meetings with Dev/QA/Ops: 20%
* Collaborate on new tech/lessons learned: 20%
* Misc. tasks (updates, metrics): 10%

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
