Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (relevant discipline: e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Biomedical, etc.) or a related technical field.
Entry-level position; minimal prior work experience (0-2 years) or relevant internships.
Required Skills:
Working understanding of fundamental engineering theories and principles.
Ability to assess the feasibility of simple research/design concepts.
Solves routine engineering problems with some guidance.
Writes clear specifications and technical documentation.
Effectively communicates technical issues (written and verbal).
Works well in a team environment; accepts feedback and guidance.
