They are urgently hiring a Director of Client Development and Legal Engineering focused on implementation and product reasoning. This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in the U.S., with occasional travel to client sites.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong foundation in law, legal consulting, and legal frameworks
- Experience drafting legal documents and analyzing complex legal issues
- Solid understanding of litigation technology and related software
- Excellent communication, analytical, and public-speaking skills
- Ability to lead training sessions of 50-100 participants
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with AI tools or applications in the legal sector (preferred)
- Enrollment in or completion of a JD or equivalent legal degree (preferred)
- Detail-oriented, open-minded, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Experience with AI-driven litigation software
- Prior courtroom litigation experience
- Experience serving as a judge or working directly under a judge
- Base salary: $140k-$170k
