Job Details

Title- Quickbooks Financial Operations Specialist (Contingent)
Work Location: Minneapolis, MN

Must have Quickbooks knowledge and experience

Role Overview
Client is seeking a QuickBooks Certified contingent worker to support financial operations for the Assessments business, with a primary focus on DiSCProfile.com. This role manages financial reconciliations for U.S. and Canadian entities, supports tax activities, verifies invoices, and collaborates with internal Finance and Brand Management teams.
Financial Reconciliation & Accounting Support
Complete weekly bank and credit card reconciliations for U.S. and Canadian entities (~3 hrs/week).
Perform month-end financial reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting (~6 hrs/month).
Lead year-end reconciliation and documentation (~10 hrs total).
Tax Review & Compliance
Conduct monthly tax review and ensure accurate entries and reporting (~4 hrs/month).
Invoice Verification & Processing
Verify Inscape invoices for accuracy and correct coding (~2 hrs/month).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with the DiSCProfile.com team and Assessments FP&A to align financial reporting and resolve discrepancies (~1 hr/week).

Qualifications
QuickBooks Certification required
Experience in multi-entity bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial operations
Familiarity with tax review processes and financial controls
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work independently
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
