What You'll Do:

The Design Lead applies human-centered design practices to improve end-to-end user experiences across state services. This role leads design strategy, research, and solution delivery to enhance customer outcomes and organizational performance.



Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Design and validate prototypes, wireframes, and user flows.
  • Build responsive front-end solutions using frameworks such as Bootstrap and Angular.
  • Deliver artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and storyboards.
  • Facilitate design workshops and usability testing.
  • Ensure consistency with UX standards and guidelines.
  • Communicate design insights effectively to technical and business stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in user experience and service design.
  • Experience in planning and facilitating design workshops and gathering user feedback.
