Job Summary:
We are seeking a UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling Specialist with strong experience in retail and machine learning based optimized scheduling. This individual will lead a junior team while driving configuration, support, and optimization of UKG Advanced Scheduling modules for a major retail client. This is a long-term remote opportunity with a high likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling initiatives within a retail environment

• Implement and optimize scheduling strategies using ML-driven insights

• Drive accurate volume and labor forecasting

• Guide and mentor junior team members

• Gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable configurations

• Work closely with site and business leaders to enhance scheduling performance

• Document solutions and contribute to a knowledge base

• Lead workstream planning and delivery

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos)

• Expertise in UKG Advanced Scheduling, including ML optimization

• Strong background in retail workforce management

• Volume and labor forecasting knowledge

• Requirements gathering and client interaction

• Leadership and mentoring experience

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with UKG Boomi integrations

• Technical writing and documentation

• Production support experience
