Part-time telework, which can be discussed during the interview process, is an option for this position, as is working from a structured office setting at an approved Commonwealth-owned facility in Lycoming County, PA. Occasional attendance at various meetings, conferences, and training sessions, as well as overnight travel, may be required.

Technical Experience and DocumentationDemonstrated experience in technical development and documentation.
o General IT proficiency, including:
Windows Desktop OS 10 years
Windows Server 10 years
Active Directory 10 years
PowerShell scripting 5 years
Microsoft Office 10 years
o Technical writing and editing 5 years' experience, including:
Authoring technical content
Editing for both clarity and formatting
o Degree in a relevant technical or IT discipline.
Software Packaging and DeploymentCreate software packages for SCCM with 5 years' experience, with a focus on Autodesk and Bentley products (both also 5 years' experience).
o Download and prepare vendor software for packaging.
o Perform test installations of out-of-box (OOB) software.
o Determine the appropriate installation method (e.g., batch or PowerShell script).
o Develop installation scripts following established standards and best practices.
o Test and validate resulting scripts.
o Deliver completed packages to the SCCM team for Software Center testing.
Testing Coordination and SupportCoordinate with technical leads, business users, and project managers during package testing.
Collaborate closely with testers to improve the end-user experience.
Address and resolve questions or issues that arise during the testing process.
Technical Troubleshooting and End-User SupportResolve or assist in resolving cross-application technical issues.
Provide support for end-user software installation issues.
Manage and update Active Directory groups related to CADD support.
Research and recommend hardware for purchase when needed.
