Description
We are looking for a skilled Training Video Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will focus on creating and refining instructional video content to support onboarding and training initiatives. This position requires strong expertise in video editing and a commitment to delivering engaging, user-friendly resources.
Responsibilities:
Edit and enhance existing training videos using Loom or comparable software to improve clarity and user experience.
Design plug-and-play video training materials to streamline onboarding processes.
Ensure secure and organized access to video resources, removing technical obstacles for users.
Apply advanced video editing techniques such as color correction and animation to improve visual quality.
Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content tailored to training needs.
Manage and optimize video storage systems to maintain accessibility and security.
Integrate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve training materials.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, such as After Effects and Illustrator, to produce high-quality video content.
Maintain consistency across training materials to align with organizational standards.
Requirements
Proficiency in Loom or similar video-editing software.
Demonstrated experience in creating detailed training and onboarding materials.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Audition, and Illustrator.
Expertise in animation, color correction, and visual design for video production.
Familiarity with secure information management and access systems.
Ability to create engaging and intuitive resources for diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational skills to manage video libraries and ensure accessibility.
Previous experience in producing commercials, advertisements, or broadcast-quality videos.
