Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Telecom Tester with hands-on experience in testing telecom applications, network protocols, and systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a good understanding of telecom domains such as OSS/BSS, 4G/5G, VoLTE, IMS, or related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing for telecom products or network systems.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Validate network protocols such as SIP, Diameter, GTP, SS7, or similar.
• Work with tools like Wireshark, QXDM, Spirent, IXIA, or TEMS for protocol and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and network engineers to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
• Prepare test reports, defect logs, and traceability matrices.
• Ensure test coverage and compliance with quality standards and telecom regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 8 years of experience in Telecom domain testing.
• Strong knowledge of mobile networks (4G/5G) and telecom architecture.
• Hands-on experience with protocol analysis and network simulators/emulators.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium, Python scripting).
• Experience in working with OSS/BSS systems, NMS, or Core Network components is a plus.
