Title: Intermediate Lathe Machinist

Job Type: Full-time

Company is seeking a Intermediate Manual Lathe Machinist for our La Marque, TX location. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5-6 years of machining experience. The Manual Machinist will perform machining operations on pumps, turbines, and other equipment components in the machine shop as directed.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of manual machining experience
• Familiarity with interpreting blueprints
• Knowledge of HSE procedures and machining principles
• Proficiency in using measuring equipment
• Skills in various machining operations including lathe and mill work

Job Responsibilities:

• Fabricate parts from blueprints using various materials
• Use precision measuring tools
• Inspect machinery and adjust as needed
• Operate transportation machinery
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Train apprentice machinists when needed
• Additional machine maintenance when required

Additional Requirements:

• Adequate English language skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Background check and drug screening required
• Minimum five year background in manual machining
• Proficiency in various machining tools
• History of safety compliance
• Available to work overtime when required
