RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Maritime Cyber Safety Senior Compliance Analyst in the Miami, FL area.
Summary:
The Maritime Cyber Safety Senior Compliance Analyst will support the Director, Maritime Cyber Safety Compliance, in developing and implementing global maritime cybersecurity compliance frameworks and strategies to ensure the organization's adherence to cybersecurity regulations and standards across the global fleet. This role is essential for maintaining the cybersecurity/cyber safety integrity of the organization's operational technology (OT) systems across all brands. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management within a global context, with a strong understanding of the Maritime Industry's cyber regulations and guidelines established by the IMO, International Class Societies, Flag & Port States, and other regulatory bodies. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation of procedures, conducting audits, risk assessments, and ensuring ongoing compliance and governance of Maritime OT assets.
Essential Functions:
* Assist in the development and implementation of global maritime cybersecurity compliance frameworks and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
* Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of compliance risks related to cyber safety across the global fleet
* Ensure adherence to international cybersecurity regulations and industry standards
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or compliance preferred; Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or a related field, preferably within a global organization
* Strong knowledge of international cybersecurity regulations and industry standards such as IMO, IACS, ISM Code, etc.
* Proven experience in supporting the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and strategies. (ISO 62443, NIST)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of integrity and professionalism
* Experience working in a multinational corporation
* Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance technologies and tools
* Strong project management skills
* Understanding of Maritime Industry Operations and OT Systems
* In-depth knowledge of risk management principles
* Detailed understanding of incident response protocols
* Ability to assist in designing and delivering effective training programs
* Ability to adapt to rapidly changing cybersecurity threats and regulatory environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
