Job Description: As a Product Owner, candidate will be responsible for aligning business needs with development activities, ensuring that client’s products meet customer needs and business objectives. candidate will be an integral part of Agile teams, collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog while ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders at Client’s to understand business needs, ensuring the product backlog reflects priority features and enhancements.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and define product requirements in collaboration with the development teams.
- Prioritize backlog items to ensure alignment with business goals and customer value.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring consistent communication and feedback loops.
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to provide direction and clarity to the development team.
- Track progress, adjust priorities, and ensure product releases are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience as a Product Owner, with experience in Agile environments.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise-level organizations, particularly in the financial services sector
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear product backlog items.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Product Owner certification or equivalent is a plus.
